A charming property in a beautiful country location - The Granary will appeal to guests who wish to appreciate country life, nature and wildlife and the super walks available in and around the coastal village of Branscombe.

Location: Within the grounds of the owners large country house in rural Branscombe, about a 30 minute challenging walk through meadows to the village pub or 5 minutes by car. There are a handful of other properties nearby, accessed via the road adjacent to the property.

Accommodation: Gate / pathway to property shared with main house.
Ground floor: Entrance porch. Sitting / dining room with large bay window overlooking beautiful valley, farmland and countryside. Quality furnishings and wall lighting. Step down to modern fitted kitchen with electric oven / solid hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Breakfast table.
First Floor: Bedroom with double 4'6" bed and lovely views down the valley has sloping ceiling and built-in cupboard. Modern bathroom suite with bath, overbath shower attachment, basin and WC.

Outside: Driveway shared with main house. Parking space for 1 car. Side steps from property to small lawned area with bench overlooking countryside.

Facilities: Oil central heating included. Super walks nearby. One small pet welcome
